Andrew is our indomitable leader, Head of House at School, and experienced dealing with both London and country property. He has worked on behalf of both buyers and sellers, on land transactions, for property developers and even multi-national banking institutions.

Andrew is a keen woodsman, often to be found in his spare time poring over his favourite book ‘Norwegian Wood - Chopping, Stacking and Drying Wood the Scandinavian Way.

I first heard of Sarah at the point I began my business back in 2012. She was just leaving one employer and joining another, but the estate agency world seemed to have all made up their minds she was joining me in my early endeavours!

Over subsequent years I learned that she was a great estate agent and very well thought of by all those who came into contact with her. A tenacious and proactive operator, with a strong sense of empathy for the journey her clients are on.

After bringing up her young family over the past few years, we finally come to work together now in 2023!

Having begun working in the property industry in her 20’s, Sally has built up a wealth of experience of valuing and selling country homes.

In an age where internet marketing with websites like rightmove has taken away some of the ‘human element’ from house hunting, Sally goes against the grain.

Her speciality remains her ability to identify opportunity, and bring buyers and sellers together, often on ‘off market’ deals due to the rapport she has built with those who task her with selling or finding them their dream home.
